Reportable concerns
- Harassment, threats, stalking, coercion, sexual exploitation, or discriminatory abuse.
- Impersonation of talent, casting professionals, representatives, companies, productions, or E.O.N-X personnel.
- Fraud, phishing, scams, suspicious payment requests, or deceptive opportunities.
- Unsafe, illegal, exploitative, or misleading work requests.
- Spam or abusive messaging.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations.
- Account compromise, credential theft, malware, scraping, or other security abuse.
Enforcement
E.O.N-X may investigate reports and may warn users, restrict messaging, remove content, limit marketplace functionality, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve records, or take other reasonable action. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, context, recurrence, evidence, user safety, legal requirements, and platform integrity.
Blocking and messaging controls
Before member messaging is broadly launched, E.O.N-X should provide member-level blocking and reporting controls so a user can stop unwanted communication without needing to delete their account.
Emergencies
E.O.N-X is not an emergency service. A person facing an immediate threat should contact the appropriate local emergency service or authority.
Good-faith reporting
Reports should be made in good faith. Knowingly false reports, retaliation, or abuse of reporting systems may itself violate E.O.N-X policy.
