Subscription & Billing Policy

E.O.N-X may offer Free, Pro, Early Access, promotional, trial, or other plans. Features, pricing, eligibility, and availability may vary and may change prospectively.

If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the disclosed payment provider to charge the applicable recurring amount, taxes, and authorized fees at the interval shown at checkout until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise ends.

• You may cancel through the billing-management flow made available by E.O.N-X or its payment provider.
• Cancellation normally stops future renewal rather than retroactively cancelling the current paid period.
• Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, paid access may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period.
• After paid access ends, Pro-only functionality may become unavailable while Free-plan data and features remain subject to the then-current product rules.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, subscription charges are non-refundable and E.O.N-X does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. Any legally required cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

E.O.N-X may change subscription prices prospectively. Where required, advance notice will be provided before a new price applies to a renewal. Historical Early Access or promotional terms will be governed by the specific offer and account record.

If payment fails, E.O.N-X or its payment provider may retry the charge, request an updated payment method, restrict paid functionality, or end the subscription, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.

E.O.N-X uses a third-party payment provider for payment processing and billing management. The provider may have separate terms and privacy practices governing payment information.
