E.O.N-X may use technologies that are necessary to authenticate users, maintain sessions, route requests, prevent fraud, remember security or account state, preserve preferences, and operate core platform functionality.

The Service may use browser storage to remember product state such as recent searches, interface preferences, or other user-requested functionality.

If E.O.N-X enables analytics or diagnostic technologies, they may help measure product usage, performance, reliability, errors, and feature adoption. Where consent is legally required for non-essential technologies, E.O.N-X should obtain that consent before activating them.

E.O.N-X does not currently describe its beta as an advertising-supported service. If advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or legally defined “sale” or “sharing” practices are introduced, this Policy and the consent/opt-out controls should be updated before those practices begin.

• Browser controls may allow you to block or delete cookies.
• Blocking essential authentication or security technologies may prevent E.O.N-X from functioning correctly.
• Where required, E.O.N-X should provide an in-product consent or preference control for non-essential technologies.

Authentication, payment, hosting, media, analytics, and other providers may set or use technologies under their own policies. E.O.N-X should maintain an internal inventory of third-party technologies actually deployed in production and update this Policy when that inventory changes.
