Subscriptions may be canceled anytime, but payments are final.

No Guarantees
E.O.N-X helps organize your career, but does not guarantee outcomes.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using E.O.N-X, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use E.O.N-X. Users under 18 may only use the platform with parent or legal guardian supervision.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
4. Early Access Beta
E.O.N-X is an early access beta platform. Features, pricing, layout, workflows, modules, and availability may change, be limited, removed, or updated at any time.
5. Subscription Access
A paid subscription grants access to the E.O.N-X beta platform while the subscription remains active. Subscription access is personal to the account holder and may not be shared, resold, copied, or transferred.
6. Billing Through Stripe
Subscription billing, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation controls are handled through Stripe. E.O.N-X does not directly store your full card details.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. If canceled, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew afterward.
8. No Refunds
All subscription payments are final. E.O.N-X does not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for unused time, canceled subscriptions, or beta changes.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of content you add to E.O.N-X. By using the platform, you grant E.O.N-X the limited right to store, process, display, and use your content only as needed to operate the service.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use E.O.N-X for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, platform abuse, harmful automation, or anything that disrupts the service.
11. Career Information Disclaimer
E.O.N-X helps users organize career information. It does not guarantee auditions, bookings, representation, employment, income, casting outcomes, agency responses, or professional success.
12. No Professional Advice
Information inside E.O.N-X is for organization and productivity purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment, career representation, or professional advice.
13. Platform Availability
E.O.N-X may experience downtime, bugs, errors, maintenance, or data interruptions, especially during beta. We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
14. Termination
E.O.N-X may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create risk, abuse support systems, or interfere with other users or platform operations.
15. Intellectual Property
E.O.N-X, including its name, design, branding, software, workflows, systems, interface, and platform structure, remains the property of E.O.N-X or its owner. A subscription does not grant ownership rights.
16. No Ownership or Equity
Using or subscribing to E.O.N-X does not give you equity, ownership, founder status, revenue share, voting rights, intellectual property rights, or any ownership interest in the company or platform.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E.O.N-X is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-opportunity, data-loss, or business interruption damages.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
E.O.N-X is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of E.O.N-X after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Important Notice
This Terms of Service may be updated from time to time as E.O.N.X. evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the platform after those updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
