Depending on your location and the nature of E.O.N-X’s processing, you may have legal rights concerning information associated with your account.

Available requests

  • Access or confirm whether E.O.N-X processes information about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
  • Request a portable copy of certain information where applicable.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
  • Opt out of legally defined sale, sharing, or targeted advertising if E.O.N-X ever engages in a practice that triggers those rights.
  • Appeal a privacy-request decision where applicable law provides an appeal right.

Identity verification

To protect account information, E.O.N-X may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a privacy request. The information requested for verification will depend on the request and risk involved.

Authorized agents

Where applicable law allows an authorized agent to submit a request, E.O.N-X may require proof of the agent’s authority and may also verify the identity of the person whose information is involved.

Account deletion

E.O.N-X should provide an authenticated account-deletion workflow before public launch. Deletion may not immediately remove information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment/accounting obligations, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.

How to submit a request

Before public launch, configure a dedicated privacy contact in the production environment and display it here. Until then, privacy requests should be routed through the official E.O.N-X support channel associated with the Service.
