Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how E.O.N-X handles information when you use our websites, applications, professional profiles, messaging, subscription features, and related services.

Last updated: August 24, 2026

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information processed by E.O.N-X through the E.O.N-X website and platform. It does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party services, casting companies, employers, representatives, payment providers, authentication providers, cloud-storage providers, or other services you choose to use.

2. Information we may collect

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, account type, E.O.N-X handle, authentication identifiers, and account status.
  • Professional profile information, such as biographies, credits, training, education, representation, union status, physical characteristics, languages, accents, skills, location, work eligibility, travel availability, and public portfolio settings.
  • Media and career materials, including headshots, photos, résumés, reels, videos, documents, titles, descriptions, metadata, and visibility settings.
  • Career activity, including saved opportunities, submissions, auditions, callbacks, bookings, credits, calendar events, goals, milestones, reviews, analytics, and career timeline information.
  • Relationship information you choose to store, including industry contacts, interaction notes, follow-up information, relationship history, and related career context.
  • Messaging information, including message content, participants, timestamps, read state, and information necessary to operate and secure member messaging.
  • Subscription and billing information, such as plan, subscription status, billing-cycle information, Stripe customer or subscription identifiers, and transaction-related records. E.O.N-X is designed not to store full payment-card numbers.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device/browser information, logs, security events, page activity, session information, and diagnostics.
  • Communications you send to E.O.N-X, including support, safety, copyright, privacy, or other requests.

3. How we may use information

  • Provide, authenticate, operate, maintain, and improve E.O.N-X.
  • Create and maintain professional profiles, public portfolios, media libraries, career records, applications, messaging, analytics, and other requested functionality.
  • Personalize features and generate career intelligence from activity already stored in your account.
  • Process subscriptions, maintain entitlement status, prevent payment abuse, and provide billing support.
  • Protect accounts, investigate fraud, abuse, spam, security incidents, policy violations, or unlawful activity.
  • Respond to support, legal, privacy, safety, or intellectual-property requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce E.O.N-X agreements and policies.
  • Develop, test, debug, measure, and improve product performance and reliability.

4. Public and user-directed information

Information is not automatically public merely because you store it in E.O.N-X. Public talent profiles, public contact details, and public media depend on your settings and the applicable feature. If you choose to publish information, anyone who can access that public page may be able to view, copy, capture, or redistribute it.

5. Service providers and disclosures

E.O.N-X may disclose information to service providers that help operate the platform, including authentication, hosting, database, media-storage, email, analytics, security, customer-support, and payment services. Those providers may process information on our behalf under their own contractual and legal obligations.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, enforce agreements, complete a merger/acquisition/financing or similar business transaction, or with your direction or consent.

6. Payments

Payment transactions may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. E.O.N-X may receive identifiers and subscription/payment status from the provider, but the payment provider independently processes payment-card and financial information under its own privacy terms.

7. Data retention

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations. Retention periods can differ by data type and legal requirement.

8. Security

E.O.N-X uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet service, database, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or information about certain disclosures or uses. Some rights are subject to verification, exceptions, and legal limitations.

Visit the E.O.N-X Privacy Choices page to learn how to submit a request. E.O.N-X will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

10. U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable comprehensive privacy laws. Where required, E.O.N-X will provide access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, appeal, and disclosure rights applicable to the processing activities covered by those laws.

E.O.N-X does not intend to sell personal information for money. If future advertising or data practices trigger a legal definition of “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising that requires an opt-out, E.O.N-X will provide the required notice and choice before relying on that practice.

11. International users

If you use E.O.N-X from outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries where E.O.N-X or its service providers operate. Where legally required, appropriate transfer mechanisms and privacy rights will be addressed for the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Age requirement

The E.O.N-X private beta is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. E.O.N-X is not currently designed as a child-directed service. Do not create an account for a person under 18 during the private beta unless E.O.N-X has launched an expressly authorized parent/guardian workflow.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy as E.O.N-X changes. Material changes may be communicated through the Service, email, or another reasonable method. The “Last updated” date identifies the current published version.

14. Contact

Privacy requests may be submitted through the official E.O.N-X support or privacy channel identified on the E.O.N-X website or in your account. Before public launch, E.O.N-X should publish a dedicated privacy contact address and, where required, additional business/contact disclosures.
