1. Overview
E.O.N-X respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect account information, profile information, subscription information, uploaded content, usage information, feedback submissions, support requests, device information, and technical information needed to operate the platform.
3. Account Information
When you create or access an account through Clerk, we may receive information such as your name, email address, user ID, profile image, authentication status, and login-related information.
4. Subscription & Billing Information
Payments are processed through Stripe. E.O.N-X does not directly store your full card number or payment card details. We may store Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, plan information, price IDs, renewal status, cancellation status, and billing-related metadata.
5. Content You Add
E.O.N-X may store information you add to the platform, including actor profiles, auditions, submissions, self-tapes, bookings, contacts, notes, calendar items, goals, media links, uploaded files, feedback, and other workspace content.
6. Uploaded Files & Media
If you upload files, images, resumes, headshots, reels, media, or other assets, those items may be stored through third-party infrastructure providers so the platform can display, organize, and process them for your account.
7. How We Use Information
We use information to operate E.O.N-X, authenticate users, provide account access, manage subscriptions, process payments, store your workspace data, improve features, provide support, prevent abuse, debug errors, maintain security, and improve the user experience.
8. Beta Platform Notice
E.O.N-X is currently an Early Access beta platform. During beta, platform functionality, storage systems, workflows, analytics, features, and internal tools may change as development continues.
9. Service Providers
We may share information with trusted service providers needed to run E.O.N-X, such as authentication, hosting, database, file storage, email, analytics, payment processing, logging, and infrastructure providers.
10. No Sale of Personal Information
E.O.N-X does not sell your personal information. We do not sell your uploaded career data, contacts, notes, auditions, submissions, or account content.
11. Legal, Safety, and Security Uses
We may access, preserve, or disclose information if needed to comply with law, enforce our Terms, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, protect users, secure the platform, or respond to lawful requests.
12. Cookies & Local Storage
E.O.N-X may use cookies, browser storage, authentication tokens, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, improve performance, and operate platform features.
13. Analytics & Usage Data
We may collect limited usage and technical data to understand platform performance, fix errors, improve product design, detect abuse, and prioritize beta improvements.
14. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide E.O.N-X, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce policies, and maintain platform security.
15. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion through support. Some information may be retained where required for billing records, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or backup integrity.
16. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
17. Children & Minors
Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 should use E.O.N-X only with parent or legal guardian supervision.
18. International Processing
By using E.O.N-X, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in locations where our infrastructure providers operate.
19. Your Choices
You may update certain account information, manage subscription settings through Stripe, adjust local preferences, request support, or request account deletion where available.
20. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of E.O.N-X after updates become effective means you accept the revised policy.
