You may not use E.O.N-X to
- Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, or intimidate another person.
- Impersonate another person, representative, casting professional, company, agency, manager, employer, or E.O.N-X personnel.
- Send spam, scams, deceptive solicitations, pyramid schemes, malware, phishing attempts, or fraudulent offers.
- Upload content you do not have the legal right to use or that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, index, mirror, or extract user data or platform content through unauthorized automated means.
- Circumvent subscription gates, authentication, rate limits, security controls, access restrictions, or technical protections.
- Probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer, attack, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service except to the extent a legal right cannot be waived.
- Buy, sell, rent, or transfer accounts, access credentials, private messages, or personal information without authorization.
- Use E.O.N-X to facilitate unlawful employment practices, trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, unsafe work, fraud, or other unlawful conduct.
- Use information obtained through E.O.N-X for unauthorized background checks, credit decisions, housing decisions, insurance decisions, or other regulated eligibility determinations.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and context, E.O.N-X may warn, limit features, remove content, restrict messaging, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests. E.O.N-X may act without advance notice where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties.
Reporting
Users should be able to report accounts, messages, content, and future marketplace opportunities that appear fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, infringing, or otherwise prohibited. Product-level report and block controls should be implemented before broad member-network or marketplace launch.
